Members earn status and unlock rewards as they purchase tickets and attend shows through TodayTix. Buying multiple tickets to a show helps you ascend tiers faster since each ticket counts!

As of July 3, 2024, TodayTix members will no longer earn Perks credit. Purchases will count towards TodayTix Rewards status. But don't worry, Perks credit balances will be transferred to TixCash and available to redeem in our app.

Progression depends on the number of tickets bought within a calendar year, provided the show occurs within the same year. Tickets contribute to your status once you see the show, regardless of the purchase date. For instance, if you purchase two tickets on December 31, 2024, for a show on January 2, 2025, those tickets will count towards your ticket count (and, ultimately, member tier) in 2025. Red member status is reached by purchasing 2 tickets, Silver by purchasing 6, and Gold by purchasing 12.

Tickets do not count towards status until after you see the show. If it is past the show date, your show may have been canceled or you redeemed ticket protection, so the tickets do not count.

All tickets above $5 / £5 are eligible, including Lottery, Rush and Drops tickets. Tickets count towards status after you see the show. If your show is canceled or ticket protection is redeemed, the tickets do not count towards status.

Once achieved, tier status lasts until December 31 of the following year, unless you reach a higher tier during that time, or reach Gold (the highest tier).

TixCash is earned at the Red and Silver levels and can be applied towards future purchases on the TodayTix app. TixCash expires after 6 months unless additional TixCash is earned, extending the expiration date. As of July 3 2024, Perks credit balances will be transffered to TixCash and available to use in our app.

As you move up in member status, your Lottery entries are multiplied, increasing your chances of winning tickets in select TodayTix Lotteries. Just enter as you normally would; no extra action is needed.

TodayTix Moments include special events like meet and greets, cast talkbacks, and exclusive interviews.

Gold members can receive one annual seat upgrade, subject to availability. Members will be offered a surprise upgrade during checkout on an order up to 2 tickets if seats are available in the next price tier. Eligibility lasts for 6 months.

Drops are discounted week-of tickets exclusively available to Silver and Gold members. Deals can be up to 50% off and more are added daily in our app. Inventory varies and is not guaranteed.

Gold members enjoy an extra 10% off on all purchases for 6 months. Rush, Lottery and Drops tickets are not eligible for the extra 10% off. This discount is automatically applied at checkout and is applicable on top of all other promotions.

Silver and Gold members get 24-hour early access to select promotions and ticket presales. Eligible members will receive notifications about these exclusive opportunities so they don't miss out.
